Working as an Sales Team Manager for Inbay Ltd, providing high quality services to Managed Service Providers, including 24/7 NOC, Service Desk and Remote Based Dedicated Technical Engineers. I strategically engage with my MSPs to aid them in ensuring quality services for their customers.

Daniel started his IT career in 1995, in VAR sales roles, leading to forming an IT support business (what today we call an MSP) in 2002 which developed over 12-years with a trade sale in 2014. Daniel has remaining involved with the MSP market through being an active member of MSP communities, whilst working with MSPs as a mentor, recruiter, M&A deal maker and advisor. In 2020 Daniel was elected to the CompTIA Executive Council for the UK Business Technology Community whilst also coordinating the London SBSC (now Tech Tribe) MSP regular meetups. In 2021 Daniel co-founding The MSP Finance Team, delivering MSP-tailored bookkeeping and accounting services.

Simon's IT career began in 1996 with technical support of modems and progressed to Microsoft Exchange and RDP, becoming an independent consultant and a Microsoft MVP.  Today, Simon provides technical leadership to MSPs, helping them to optimise their stack, identify improvements and improve their technical maturity level.
